Terms of Service

The agreement

By using PageTheDoc you agree to these terms. If you’re setting it up for a practice, you’re agreeing on the practice’s behalf.

What PageTheDoc is

PageTheDoc is a staff-coordination tool: it lets exam-room devices page doctors and shows who’s been paged where. It runs in the browser and stores no patient information.

What PageTheDoc is not

PageTheDoc is not a medical device, an emergency alert system, or a clinical communication channel. Don’t rely on it as the sole means of communicating anything urgent or clinical — if a situation matters to patient safety, use your practice’s established procedures.

Your account and your data

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, and keep patient information out of room and doctor names — they’re the only free text in the system, and the no-PHI design depends on it. You’re responsible for the people and devices you enroll in your practice.

Acceptable use

Use PageTheDoc for coordinating your practice. Don’t attempt to break, overload, or probe the service, and don’t use it to harass anyone or violate any law.

Availability

PageTheDoc is provided as-is. We work to keep it fast and available, and every screen shows its connection health plainly — but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and networks and devices outside our control can fail.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PageTheDoc and its operator aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn’t permit it.

Ending things

You can stop using PageTheDoc and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access for use that violates these terms.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially, we’ll update the date above and note it prominently. Questions? Email support@pagethedoc.com.
