The short version

PageTheDoc is a room-ready paging tool for medical practices. It knows your room names, your doctors’ display names, and when pings happen. It never asks for, stores, or transmits patient information — there is no PHI in the system by design. We don’t run ads, and we don’t sell data.

What we collect

  • Account details — your name and email address, provided by Google or Microsoft when you sign in. We never see your password.
  • Practice setup — the room names and doctor display names you enter, and which devices you’ve enrolled.
  • Operational events — pings, acknowledgements, presence, and their timestamps, so boards stay live and history makes sense.
  • Technical basics — standard server logs (IP address, browser type) used for security and troubleshooting.

What we never collect

Patient names, medical records, appointment details, or anything else about the people your practice treats. Room and doctor names are the only free text in PageTheDoc — keep patient information out of them and no PHI ever touches the system.

How we use it

Only to run the service: signing you in, showing live boards, delivering pings and notifications, and diagnosing problems. We don’t sell or rent your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Where it lives

PageTheDoc runs on managed infrastructure: Supabase provides authentication and the database, and Cloudflare delivers the application. Data is encrypted in transit. These providers process data on our behalf and don’t use it for their own purposes.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account or your practice’s data, email support@pagethedoc.com and we’ll take care of it.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and note it prominently. Questions? Email support@pagethedoc.com.
