Room-ready paging for medical practices

The doctor knows the second the room is ready.

Your assistant taps one button on the room tablet. The doctor hears a ping and sees the room flash — in under a second. No hallway laps.

Product demo: an assistant taps “Dr. Singh” on the Room 3 tablet. Within a second, Room 3 flashes amber on Dr. Singh’s board and his ping sound plays. He taps Acknowledge, the tile turns green, and the room sees he’s on the way.

How it works

From prepped room to doctor en route in one tap.

01

Set up shared tablets

Put a tablet in each exam room and enroll it with a one-time code. No personal logins on shared screens.

02

Each device picks who it is

A tablet says “I am Room 3.” A doctor’s phone says “I am Dr. Singh.” That’s the whole setup.

03

Tap the doctor when the patient’s ready

Room prepped, vitals done? Tap the doctor’s name — or “Any doctor,” and the first to respond claims the room.

04

The doctor hears it and acknowledges

Their board flashes the room in their color, their chosen sound plays, and one tap tells the room they’re on the way.

Try it yourself

Run a page, start to finish.

Play both sides of one ping — the assistant in the room and the doctor on the move. Three taps. That’s the whole product.
